hello i have a problem cuz everytime i start any tibia server this information comes up [22/11/2009 21:33:19] Failed connecting to database - MYSQL ERROR: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) (2003)

COuld anyone help me or tell me what to do with this as i really wanna try my self in ots but i cant even run the first one ;d

The data put in the config.lua is wrong or... You have xampp OFF!
