Simple Admin Panel for OTs

I've created a small Admin Panel for my OTServer to start/stop and some other things.

I've created this to be able to easily have users start there OTs even if there is 2 servers on the same computer.
You can also check the startup logs.

and ofc all this will be behind a SQL Injection safe login system
I dunno i am not that good at PHP/html, but at least it work.

I've had some crazy idea to implement it to ZnoteACC o.o! so i made a php file that only works in admin mode!
