Hello,
I'm searching team for my 7.6 custom server.. I don't ask for active staffs, but staffs that can accomplish mission that they have gain..
if you're too busy in real life to hang at the computer 24/7, but got enough time to finish some requested scripts/what ever, then this is the team you're looking for
I also don't look for people that have been in tibia for several years, all I want is a skilled staff with knowledge what 7.6 was about.. I don't care if you're 5 years old, just that you can speak fluent English and have the experience of 7.6 and be mature.. not be a kid start cry and yell at everyone when something didn't go that way you wanted to!
Enough about my mumbling, time for server settings:
The server will be around 7.6 version, will never go over 7.72.
The map will be 100% custom, and I will never let a bad looking area be added to the server.
The experience will be 3x to create the real RPG feeling, that people will love playing it, and be a bit scared to die (make people pk less)
the skills will be at 4-5x (trainers will never be added!)
Loot will be about 2x then real tibia was, some monster might been modified about the loot settings.
Hit points and mana points regeneration will be always 5/5, and faster ticks then real tibia.
The spell system will be something familiar with 7.4, might become modified also.
I will make a script for wands, that they will not be bound to a certain level, nor attack damage, they will hit harder when you're higher level. probably a wand/rod could be used by both druids and sorcerers and make some of the rod/wands very rare (make people want to gain one and by that get a stronger RPG feeling)
The first wand will cost just 2 mana per shot, but very weak, but will not hit less then 4 hp no matter your level.
the stronger wand you'll have, the more mana it will take!
Of course this could make mages overpowered because they will be able hit harder with a wand etc, etc.. but if now mages will gain this thing the other vocations will gain something else that make they'll be stronger in another way.
Starting the game:
you'll start at level 1 with an vocation (yes, you heard me..)
that means when you'll reach level 8 you will have 240 mana as a mage, and around 500 cap.
you will start in a Rook looking place, after level 8 you will be able to leave this and gain a gift as you'll meet the new world.
Botters:
I will not fight them on the game play.. I prefer to make the game for the manual players, and Ip Ban Botters before they connect to the account!
All staff members will have as rule to ip banish all botters (only if they more then 100% sure it's a real botter, and not just a kid with awesome mouse aim in wars)
A Staff member that make a ban banishment could be dismissed from hes position!
Ps: The account of botters will be deleted without mercy, and the ip will be banned for 30 days.
There will not be any overpowered donations either, but there could come something familiar with premium system that allow some more accesses, still as free premium you will be able to be promoted, own a house, travel around the world and use premium spells..
Client Scripter [ none ]
as client scripter you must be able to edit and change
settings of a client codes without "Tibia Customizer".
you should be familiar with the codes and be able to add
new stuffs to it
C++ Scripter [ none ]
as C++ you must be able to create a server engine and also
without any problems be able to add/delete/edit stuffs
Npc Scripter [ none ]
as npc scripter you will gain request from the mappers.
you should be able to make every npc to their own kind
of stories and how they act to players. more or less
you must be very familiar with all types of Npc codes.
Mapper [ RealSoft ]
as mapper you should be able to hardcore map, be able to create
and map new areas without any idea dry outs..
you will work with a own area in some ordered coordinates
Mapper [ none]
-same as above-
Hoster [ RealSoft ]
I will stand for the hosting part, I will buy a separate computer
to host the server fast and safety
Website scripter & designer [ none]
as web scripter you should be able to create a brand new
web page out of nothing, you should be able to design it
and also fit it after the server type
Computer G33K [ none]
as "Computer G33k" you should be very
experienced with pinging/ddosing and how to protect a
server from it,
also you should be able to give all staff members
computer support if something isn't right about the computer.
WARNING:
All staff members will have a own Game master account,
Any rule violations in the project or in game will lead to dismiss.
once dismissed you'll never be able to join again!
Server open day:
I will try to open it to the December 1:st. but I cannot say for sure.. if it doesn't open December 1:st it will open January 1:st instead.
