You know, by writing your name at the bottom like that you passed the restrictions of their copyright issues. Therefore they can sue you.

If you don't understand that statement you shouldn't be a moderator. Under their terms, you can make your OWN logos, but it cannot void any of their copyright issue such as manipulation of the copyright process, therefore by adding your name at the bottom, they are surpassing copyright laws. Without initial consent from Adobe.

So, in short, you can make them yourself, but you cannot claim ownership of their logo. By writing your name at the bottom like that.

I am a moderator for my knowledge in OpenTibia and the way I treat people, why would this affect my position?

Hi annoying man. He can write that he made them because he did make them. Also his version looks totally different from the original one which looks like this:
