Error system, is missing OpenAL32.dll

Hi! I'm using 8.60 - 0.4_SVN. The characters are getting combat (fighting icon) after i step out of PZ, without near monsters. Then the combat does not remove in the time that i configure on config.lua! I've already tested all config.lua times, but it still does not working, need some help...
