    Hum Actuallt I like the exp - rate this lunera.eu is using. Starting at 50 x and down on 2 x after lvl 180. I think that would be very nice and people would not be able to take 250 etc. Unless they are real charlovers and never battle. EDIT: Or 2 x after lvl 160. That would actually even be better.
