In real tibia has been addedd that u wont hit someone else if in party and drakens are faster and couple of other fixs to make gameplay a bit better. So I think would be a good idea implement those few (confortable) updates.

LOL im afraid that's a fake, how can someone change his server with 300 (not 600, it were as his max, 300-200 were average) which made him earn decent cash (since i remember evry fuckin 200+ has full eq =10euros or smth) for 7 euros? lol

As Ardexius said, let players transfer from shadow to here for free, atleast the first month(with all restriction u mentioned). If they would play here they'd do it for free right now, so for sure they wont by payin'. And left hardcore-pvp system. Maybe would also be good to try out Experience...
