check inside your config. In mystic i didn't have to enable it in the stages.xml+ the config.. but with alpha i had to. So, go look in your config and make sure it says "yes". Just search your config for stages.

Well, i moved over only my map, my npcs and the important monsters. I will try to go ahead and put it all back to normal ( npc wise ) and put my npc's in there again. edit; I just put the lib v0.3 back in the folder, i just shut the server down. I'm going to see if it is better now.
