OriginalTibia 8.0 - discussion thread.

Writing about stages for 2 weeks. That ot wont even last for a month.

If you feel like the server won't stay for more than 1 month, don't play. You have been playing several editions of OriginalTibia, yet you have the courage to post such a negative post towards us. But I guess your real face has shown up now.

This is a serious server. Having 10x static exp with infinity runes will kill the server, and this what most people think will happen, but it's not how the rates will look like.

Thank you for noticing that I have been there for the oldschool community, providing servers when needed even though we knew that their longetivity was predicted due to high rates. This time, we are going to provide a good war atmosphere but still a more serious server.

@others who suggested stages:
10x does not work with high loot/regenation, if we keep them low, the 10x straight works.
This will ofcourse be looked into more carefully.

@others who claim of 2 weeks uptime:
Please do not bring up nonsense in this thread and keep it clean. Most of my servers lasts over 2 months and they are classified as highrates, if you want to argue against me, come up with facts but I do not want to argue this through discussion thread, you can take it through PM.
Don't forget that the lowrate server I have been hosting has been online for over 1.5 years and the current highrate for almost 3 months.

don't make your stupid event days wchich are killing economy and others ppl work puted into exp plz.
Listen to war teams cus they are ppl who make your server alive
Warmode with pvp-e in it and 10hour per frag should be the answer on questionHow to make server cool for Warmogers and Rpgers.
I know that some ppl would not agree with me about 20mana per sec but it helps a lot on begining and dont change shit on higher lvl on this tibia version.
If i were you I would make this server 100% free to play with no Shop items just to Reborn from Ashes and make your server famous again than when everybody will love this server again make second one with only premium rose and with lower stages.
I know your main reason is to make money but i think that my ideas will give you more Money in long therm.
+After you start this server ,keep updating ,find bugs and keep renovate the client.

The loot rate needs to be decent, people do not want to have to hunt for hours to make 1 battle. I think the rates should be something like in jeeppees post and just abit lower lootrate

First of all, I'm not hosting OriginalTibia in the first aspect to make money, you're wrong, then I'd enforce premium account on every edition which has the highest restrictions a donation can even offer.

I take OriginalTibia very serious and I am here to offer the best server and the most authentic PvP system in this business.

If I was here for the money, I would never have hosted the lowrate server for over 1.5 year for free which is infact costing me more than I earn.

@MexBigComeback :

I don't think you are understanding the concept of the upcoming serious server. If this is what you are suggesting, then I'm sorry, this server will not fit your needs.

My Real face has shown up? Common bro, I wish you best of luck but every edition of your servers is the serious one. It might be fun even if the ot wont last longer than 1 month and it wont at least not 8.0. I know most of the ppl spamming this thread and i can say you 1 thing, they wont play your serious server with medium rates. They want to have quick fun, you want to create longterm server.

If I had the slighest respect left for you, I'd give you a decent answer, but I won't. Why do you think this discussion thread is filled with replies and is heated? for the sake of argument? They are interested in playing and if you don't want to play, get out of here. Simple as that.

But I will warn you though, continue posting the way you do and we both will have a problem with eachother, you can take this in any way you want

hurry up i resigned from leaving for 1 week on holidays just to play original so start it soon.

We wont have a problem. You got a problem because you dont accept any critic even if its true. Just dont write about your respect to me because noone cares about it. I played almost every edition of your server and I will play the next. But you are living in unreal world you cant get some facts. People expect from your servers quick fun at least from 8.0 version but still you are saying that you are going to host the real server which will last for months.
