New Support & Request Interface PLEASE!!

Can we please get a new support & request thread interface, one which requires different fields 1 for a description of the problem 1 for the errors and 1 for the script and possibly a drop down of the distro or aac version?
Maybe even an optional screenshot window.

I am quite sure all of us that do respond to theses support threads are tired of asking the same questions or making the same statements to the same people.. distro? post the code.. aac version?

I back this up! Support needs reworked, however according to guidelines, this thread is supposed to be in feedback (which gets even less attention than this forum)

Seems awfully complicated. I prefer to have one main post where people post IN ORDER the information required by the support board rules. OR we could demand that people enter some info into some sort of forum(like you said, aac, tfs version, etc) and if they do not complete it they can submit the thread.

You would not have to be asking those questions if the rules where enforced properly and if people actually got warnings and infractions for not following them.
