I - Accounts
1. It is forbidden to create characters with offensive, vulgar, racist or sexually related names.
Furthermore, names which contain nonsensical letter combos or letters which are dissalowed (Such as: "Ii, Iii, Iii, xd, XD, Xd") or are nonsensical itself are illegal as well.
Last but not least, names which are related to well known real life celebrities, well known people in Tibia and Real Life, names which were created in purpose to fake name of a member/members of WypasOTS Team are prohibited.
2. It is forbidden to share an in-game account with others.
3. Every player is responsible for an account that belongs to him/her. That also includes your account acces data. WypasOTS Team is not responsible for any loses and will not provide any compensation in case of such.
4. Account trading is strictly prohibited - Such behaviour will be punished accordingly even by deletion of a whole account bounded with such case.
5. Attempts to steal other players' account data will be punished by deletion of your whole account and IP Banishment. Such actions are strictly prohibited.
6. WypasOTS Team is not responsible in case of account data lose (Account Name/Password). If you don't remember your e-mail adress or have lost acces to that e-mail account we regret to say that your account is not possible to recover and we cant help you in any way.
II - Gameplay
1. It is forbidden to use offensive/vulgar language and insult other players.
2. It is forbidden to enter a respawn in which another player is already hunting.
It is forbidden to steal another player's items or loot.
3. Destructive behaviour such as constant magic level training, spamming or any other near the depot (inside, in front, above, below, next to) will be punished. That rule also applies to creating summons near the depot when there is no clear need/reason for those.
4. Help channel is reserved for questions, you can ask questions to our Tutors, Gamemasters, Community Managers and Gods on this channel.
Please keep in mind that general discussions, chats, advertisements, questions related to prices/in-game content should be kept off this channel, you can ask them on game-chat channel instead which is a please for such discussions.
Trade channel is reserved for trading (selling, buying, exchanging items)
5. It is forbidden to place trading-related advertisements on Help/Game-Chat. Also, informations about recruitment to a guild/quest expeditions are illegal to be posted on those channels. Help channel is reserved only for questions related to the game, technical issues and so on. As mentioned above.
6. Bug Abuse is illegal and will be punished accordingly.
7. Any actions against WypasOTS Network Infrastructure / made with purpose to harm our infrastructure in any way will be punished with account deletion.
8. Pretending to be a member of WypasOTS Team is forbidden.
9. It is forbidden to pretend to have influence over WypasOTS Team members. For example statements like "My friend is a gamemaster, you will be banished in a minute" are prohibited and will be punished under this rule.
10. WypasOTS Team members (GM/SM/CM/GOD) have a real-life too and are not avaliable all the time, therfore sometimes we are not able to answer to your requests and rule violation reports. Please be patient if no one is avaliable, We are sorry for any inconvenience in such situations.
11. WypasOTS Team members (GM/SM/CM/GOD) can ignore every stupid message and do not reply if they find it appropriate. If a GM/SM/CM/GOD is not replying to you, do not send more messages (spam), it can only make your situation worse - wait several minutes and then try again.
12. WypasOTS Team members (GM/SM/CM/GOD) can but don't have to explain their decisions.
13. It is strictly prohibited to use any unofficial software giving advantage in-game such as bots.
14. It is prohibited to give out free items or sell items for too low/high price.
15. Every racist, fascist and offensive statement is prohibtied.
16. WypasOTS Team is not responsible for loses caused by errors in our game-engine, server and so on.
17. It is prohibited to lure monsters / block entrances, depots, respawns, passages, by placing magic walls or using shrubberies created by magic.
18. WypasOTS Team is not responsible for lost material goods with awareness of their lose.
19. It is prohibited to advertise other Open Tibia Servers without permission from God.
20. It is strictly prohibited to spam. (More than three lines of the same or barely changed text sent within short periods of time)
21. It is prohibited to place false reports, reports concering private matters or reports which are actually not about any rule violation such as "GM teleport to me". In the description of rule violation please state the rule violation in one clear sentence and wait for a reply.
22. If you want to report rule violation you need to have a proof (Screenshot/Movie) in which the rule violation is clearly visible by the player that you are reporting. It is not you who decides about the punishment, Gamemaster does so please do not suggest punishments/make influence over the gamemaster's decisions. A Witness is not a proof.
23. Not knowing the rules is not an excuse in case of rule violation, if you dont know the rules you will be punished accordingly.
III - Gamemaster/Counselor
1. WypasOTS Team member (GM/SM/CM/GOD) will not teleport your character or help you in-game with a quest or by creating an item for example.
Therfore please do not ask for such.
2. WypasOTS Team member (GM/SM/CM/GOD) is not responsible for players' loses caused by game-engine errors.
3. Placing false proofs/reports to a rule enforcer which will lead another player to be punished will be penalized.
4. WypasOTS Team member (GM/SM/CM/GOD) is allowed to take any action that will be found necessary/appropriate to enforce the rules.
5. A Player can complain about the banishment if he/she finds it unjustisfied. Complains can be placed on the forum boards in a special sub-form reserved for complains. You need to have proofs in order to complain, if a complain doesn't contain any proofs it will be ignored.
6. WypasOTS Team member (GM/SM/CM) isn't allowed to trade between worlds. Especially for his/her own good.
