If I'm gonna change my server to a new computer how do I make so all the database is following me to the new computer? (With all the players,depot items etc) Is there a way to save the database and just pack it up into my new computer?

When I ban people on my server using the Rule Voilation they get IP-Banned even though the Ip ban isnt checked. What could the problem be? :$

Is there anyway to bug daopay? Like if you have 2 daopay sites up and call the number you will get the double up, hope you guys understand. Please give me a correct answer :)
