Go to: C:\UniServer\usr\local\php Open php.ini and find ;extension=php_pdo_mysql.dll and change to extension=php_pdo_mysql.dll

Maybe you can have this problem in linux too because it seems that is a boost library problem. I don't know why (experienced) people says to use linux instead of trying to fix the problems in windows.
