Got answer from mail support "Go back to the NPC Omrabas and write "lost" to get a new chance at the mission." It worked. You can close this thread now.

I don't use loot bots, but I think you just have to add desired loot to your script (lootlist)... for example gold id is 3031(gold)/3035(plat) and other items have other ids
