Id like a way to set normal speed - like default lvl 20 player speed - and then switch to your prooper level speed. for example if i wanna go with a player level 20 and im lvl 300 he will be never able to follow me and show him around

seriously man you need to improve your mapping skills keep practicing!

you need to set <attribute key="weaponType" value="distance" /> to axe, club, fist, sword etc any already existing real atk type also add it on weapons.xml
