Sorry for digging, but I had same problem, and now i can tell you, that I'm 100% sure that it works on windows server 2k3. It works for me on older version of XAMPP (october 2007). Haven't you got problems with importing database, or you're using something other than XAMPP?

Easy solution to make NPC to TFS: First of all I'm using same .lua for nearly all npc's. for example parcel.lua is fine for me. Than you just copy one NPC that's selling things, and edit XML, just paste IDs of items, names of items and prices.

I have same problem with TFS, we called it "Lag-Spot". If you enter place where's 7-8 monsters and above 2-3 monsters, server begin to use 100% CPU. Any1 know what's happening, and how can i avoid this?

Both versions haven't worked for me... I've fixed it :) Why everytime check random_chace? We can do it just once and lower cpu work. Full credits and rep ++++ for Mokerhamer, I've just optimized and edited it :)
