Nopes, the deal explicitly said that the copyrights were not for sale, just the map, as we would still have full rights to start up a server with the same map, if we felt like it.

I think SC2 is just as good as SC1, it's really fun to play, it's even more fun in melee-maps than SC1 was, since the games are much faster and margins are smaller. I'll definately buy it. =)
