Second : you wanted update so badly , cried over forums and ingame ,WHERE IS UPDATE ? UPDATE PLOX?

The speed formula has been changed in general. It's not only on this OT. And eventually all servers will get this new speed formula as it's a part of the client update.
However I can see that you guys do not really like the speed changes. I can't answer wheter this is possible to change, but I think it should be possible of course. I once again can't answer if the content development team would accept changing it back.
