Bug in Bigfoot's Burden Quest (Gnome Quest)

I want to start the Gnome Quest, but there isn't the NPC Gnomerik, who ask you the test!

Maybe I'm wrong. but I can't find him.

I'm agree with Ices, but also I have to say that the quest does't work at the moment. It will be read on the next update.
