No, not really. They will to themself casts too.
Why? Because they would like to show their good PvP and what they can do like quest, pk hunting etc

And again? How many times people just suggested it?
Gamemasters already know about this and I think they are going to work on it after Wote, Quirefang Bosses and many more things which aren't completed yet.
