It can only be wielded properly by sorcerers and druids.
It weighs 8.50 oz.

It's a 0.01% drop on rl tibia (0.03% chance of getting it here.) from a Draken Elite.
How much can I get for it? Rare or not?

I have one, I'm not sure of the price either. I think it might be rare but it wouldn't sell for like 50kk or anything. Maybe 1-2kk max.
