If you upload it to a site like "imgur.com" then you have to click on the picture so you see it in fullsize, then copy the link and paste it between the [img] things.
Example:

[img ]link[/img ] but without the spaces, so it'll look like this:

[img]https://i.imgur.com/iWm8o.png
