On real tibia, you can create more ranks, delete decent ranks, and put more than 1 leaders.
Please add so we can put more leaders.

I don't think you can have more than one leader, it just shows up as if players are in the same rank if their rank names match on Tibias website.

Creating/deleting ranks won't be added for quite some time though because of the way guild ranks are stored in the database it would require some changes there first.
