It works just fine with Windows XP.
Install .NET Framework 3.5 or 4.

The program never truely starts, when I go to open it, I wait a few seconds and it tells me "OtLand IP Changer has stopped working"


This is the details to it stopping, don't know if this will help or not. Also have to add, thanks for replying, and I appreciate all the hard work you put into this, I just really want to start working on a 9.1 server!
