Party Buffs

Talaturen improve party buffs to estimulate party hunts ,principally druid buff,2 hp per 2 seconds is really bad for regen rates in shadowcores
I know this is not really important,but can make difference in hunts and kittle some players like me

Buffs due to high regen and high skills mean nothing, just like regen rings.
