Selling/ Changing Character System or other, Please?

A Lot of ppl want to
selling chars for cc
or for other character
But,
1) No all are trust.
2) new owner cant change email or make r-key
So, God u can make in web system which can help

If u want give ur character on web u must give
acc number
email
and "special key" which is send on email

If u want buy for cc
U Must
Have for example 100.000.000 in tibia bank
and have email to Ur Account

If someone want change char for char
he must make "Auction" where he
can make requirements
example
min lvl 270
mount: scorp
etc.

and he can have only offert by players with 270 lvl, and scorp mount
