I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say it's some sort of a photo blog? I've seen it around indeed, mostly 'br' guys spreading it.
Yes, it is a Photo Blog for brazilian people and I don't see anything wrong with it and if it's spam for you then you or anyone else just can mute them and make it life more easier for you lol.

Actually the reason they try to get you to go to their flogao is because they can get your ip from it. I've played with br teams. That is why they do it. Take care when visiting one of their sites.
