[ModernACC] Converted widnet layout

So.. i converted the widnet layout from Gesior to ModernACC
A lot of links was removed because they don't exist in Modern but you can add your own links if needed not hard if you have a IQ over 80.

Won't do Tibiacom layout not for the public anyway
