9.10 to 9.31 gesior i need help

Hello i am having trouble with Gesior, i have tried 0.5.1, 0.3.6 and 0.3.8, none of these worked, with 0.3.6 and 0.3.8 the problem was it didnt set admin account, when i entered details it just kinda did a refresh and just said "set admin account" nothing more.
And with 0.5.1 it just said cant connect to mysql database. (i could start server up fine with what details i had it was perfect connection with server.
using server 0.2.11pl TFS Mystic Spirit. 9.31
