You have to name the pictures after correct "shop offer ID".
Example: Shop Offer ID 1, is a rainbow shield.
Then you place a picture of the rainbow shield in the item_images folder and name it "1".

Shop offer ID can be found in your database. Probably in "localhost/phpmyadmin" under the table, "ot_shop_offer".
And where you shall put the picture is located in xampp folder, usually xampplite/htdocs/item_images
Simply download the picture from TibiaWiki - Quests, Items, Spells, and more, convert it to JPG file and put it in there. (Downloaded ones are .GIF file, you may change this in shopsystem.php if you feel to).

There's a folder called "item_images".
If not, create one.
If not, create one.
No you do not have to restart your open-tibia server because this is modifications regarding your website.

maybe better check your script and write down path used in it?
