Well you install the server with the program, as i explained in the thread

you use your installation wizard to install it or w/e. Its a good distro, and its 100% clean.
 
is it mysql?
where is the .sql file? to edit accs...
or where can i edit accs ( change acc number or char name )
and does it have an acc manager?
 
how i can open it(can't load bans)??
Can you tell me how i can make it:p i'am little noob in sql

Look in the tutorials section to create and load a MYSQL Server. This server is MYSQL, if you get the bans error you have to follow a tutorial in the downloads section.
