What AAC do u use? If Gesior's go to Druid Sample, Paladin Sorcerer and Knight Samples in players. There u gotta change it so all new players get experience lose by 10% (bless 5% and premmy 2%) so with bless and promotion u lose only 3% of ur exp.

Spam won't help mate... There is delay (always is?) and we will not change it, they have a lot staff to do, also every man is lil lazy, im not accussing anyone but there is time that even Elf, Tala must take some break from this, lets wait till tomorrow.
 
haha.. well i think they must want to fix bugs or something.. so be glad u only have to wait a day or two extra.. instead of having some buggy server
 
I got this message when i open the server :S "****" i wrote that because i get many and diffrent npc :S
