Probably because maintaining an Open Tibia Server is really hard and it takes a lot of time (maybe the time he needs to have for other things).

I think there's no other reason. For me it's pretty obvious.
 
Maybe becuse he found out thats it's a real-life outside tibia?

I've got the time. I've got the patient and dedication of running this.
But I see myself, that most likely all the others ain't serious anymore, and I do not want to continue in a team where I am the only one who really got goals in here.
