Alright, go ahead and try again when you feel done, and don't feel bad about looking at already made anime pictures to make bases or get your idea's from, it's natural to do so. Also Depending on how you are looking at the picture or how the picture is faced is depending on how dark/deep the lines will be.

Alright... Looked awesome for the first manga face...
i mean i had a stickman för my first manga XD

But you should work with those tuts and get better...

Kill it! Kill it before it lays eggs!

Nah but good for first m8. And still 1000x better then mine ;D

Guys, let him draw without reffering to any tutorial, only way to build his own unique style :p

Keep up with your new hobby!

Thanks for the nice feedback of you all :)

Second try, now making a male character:

Some tips that might come handy:

Use a wooden pencil to do the sketch (preffer #5 thin)
Use a ruler or transporter to make lines
Mechanic pencil to do the outlines after you finished

*Always draw clear and dont hold the pencil on the tip (the farther you hold it, the lighter you draw)
*Don't draw with a sharpened pencil, always doodle, etc. to get the tip of the pencil on a rounded form
*Start by doing the circle, chin, facial details and ending with the hair.
*Shading is the last thing to do, no matter how ugly your drawing seems, the shading will make sure to give a nice look.
-IMO it's better if you shade by one side only -doing it on the left its more common-

How to import drawings into MS Paint (My own way)

1- Open Microsoft Word
2- Press Alt + I + P + S
3- Select Web or Printer Quality
4- Wait to be imported

After it's imported

1- Copy the image
2- Open your MS Paint, SAI or Photoshop
3- Crop your canvas
4- Click Paste

Simple :p

If you want some visuals, let me know and i'll gladly do it.

Kind regards, Kanakashy

I already used a ruler for making little guidelines and my pencils aint sharpened most of the time :D

Never used rulers, if you honestly want just one-clean straight line, then yeah go with a ruler, but if you just want lines, make small strokes with your pencil
