I like it, tho, there isn't anything at left part, so it looks like unbalanced

Im not a big fan of the font "Arial"

Check the font "Tahoma"
Then change the size to 9-12
That's the most used font in designs.
 
I think the theme is cool but like Bogart said right said is to empty :/ but it does look pretty good :p
