Hello, I am new to mapping and would like for you all to see my first map

I need help with decorating the houses and adding things on the roof, do you think there is too much stuff or not enough? Please be nice, this is my first map xD
 
Thanks xD. Okay, I forgot about windows, I had some dirt but it looked ugly so I deleted it. Should I put snow and ice on the roofs?
 
I am going to be mapping in a bit, what kind of buildings should I add to my city? Like shops and what not. it is a wealthy and well defended city in a snowy climate
