I am making a server i have just started i would like to make a high exp server and im looking for a team so at the moment i need

Scripters
Mappers

if you will help me it would be a great help

Dude you didn't give any information about your server ofc im sarcastic why would people work for an OT or even join it if they don't know anything about is say abour frags,version,map,stages,etc..

im not really good at this stuff its the first one im trying :/ ill add a little information but im not good at this stuff

You still need to stat for example:
Map: RPG map with some of Cipsoft's map.
Stages: Low stages, probably around 3x-10x
Type: PvP with experience from players.
etc

ok ill say abit about what i want to make

Normal map to start off with and if mappers join i will probally try and get a Custom map
High Exp - will try make a rebirth server
Pvp - and you will get exp for killing players
