I've got a tiny suggestion, that might give members a little more information about why their posts has been deleted in such situations.
For example, Archez. He created a thread lately, where he askes why.
I would suggest that:
A system should be developed that when a moderator or administrator deletes a post, from any member. The member will automaticly receive a private message, with the following reason WHY, the post was removed.
As example:
Hopefully, this will make it pretty clear, for the most of the members that's getting this issue with deleted posts! Give me your opinion, and improvements!

Lately, you're behaviour has not been accepted in the following post that's stated below.
Therefore, we took action to remove it from the threads. Though, the behaviour was not that bad that it would result in an infraction, but please in the future. Keep yourself away from statesments like this.
