My thread for my bot teaser was deleted with no rhyme or reason to it, and that really pisses me off.

You really need to learn how to run a forum. Tell me which rule I'm breaking and let me know why it got deleted, or don't delete it. I honestly don't see which rule I broke so it is really angering that I spent 30 mins looking through posts before I realized it was delete.

Thats the original thread. Can't see it but I have an exact quote of the post if anyone would like to double check it or so. I've advertised teasers before and there was never an issue..

It was deleted with the reason "Comercial".

We do not delete threads without a reason. You just cant see it.
 
Why dont you just move the thread and notify user? If same guy makes same mistake twice then you can start delete threads but whats the point when a legit user posted a legit thread in wrong section?
 
Exactly what I'm saying, I shoulda been notified. :\

I have like 3 other threads and nothing was done, and its not really advertising tbh. A private product on a private release that they can't obtain, that's not really "advertising," by definition.
 
Some Mods does, some doesn't. Believe it or not but we got different personalities. :p
 
Well I believe it would be much efficient if a moderator actually sends a PM to the user who isn't doing something correctly, asking them to fix what's wrong before completely deleting a whole thread, it's really irritating when a thread gets deleted with no warning.
 
Don't think this is advertisement, The Bot doesn't curse anything from this forum. This forum is already bombed with bad mods.. and there personlites w/e is bad to, because this is an private product that he made. and if they want to buy they bought, its an YOUTUBE LINK to god dame link to their forum or w/e think all knows the site to tugbot.. just bad from you mods... just want promotion from talaturen...-.-
 
I have nothing agains the bot or its creators. I gave the author the chance to rewrite it into a non-comercial thread, nothing happened so I deleted it.
You guys need to know how to present your product in such a way so it will not look like comercial, but moreover information about the product itself. Got a problem with that? Go start complain to Wikipedia, their doing the same thing (:

Talaturen is also currently developing a mod which will inform every thread owner if their post has been deleted or not, just have some patience.
And I suggest DarkStar calm down for a few seconds, breathe and try to make a non-rage post. This is not the first time you make cocky posts (:

I was never given that option, or I never saw it. Did you for a second think that maybe I wasnt online between the time you gave me the option and deleted it?

Its DarkstaR. And I do calm down, I do breathe, but if someone deserves to be told off I will tell them off, which I do. And there is a difference between being cocky and being correct or just. Maybe you should open a dictionary.

If my post is a commercial, so are those two of yours. And hundreds of other threads by other users are as well.

You need to understand I released all the information I could without putting my intellectual property at risk. Any more details and a current bot maker can re-create my features and make it look like they had them first, and that puts me at a huge undeserved disadvantage. If you noticed, I made no mention of a price or such until asked, it was not at all commercial-like. I was showing something off, thats it. In that case, that showoff is commercials, delete this entire forum:

Yea, I don' think a product showoff is advertisment in general. You see plenty of it in multimedia and chit chat too...

I dont tell people to 'fuck off', I don't require people to pay for what I provide. And most of all, I create a discussion around it, unlike you.

There is a huge line between showing off a product which was firstly made in the wrong category and advertising to get customers. You are balancing on the line yourself with VAPus.
