Hello, you could try Nicaw AAC from ******. But, sincerelly, I'd recommend you to use TFS 0.2.8 + Smart-Ass AAC. The web has a very nice template along with nice features for the admin. You can get it from http://smart.pekay.co.uk
 
Can someone tell me when i run the OT it says cannot load the Bans and i download it...
 
I know its SQL but still i just wanna used the account manager.. don't want to used the website its for a PVP-Enforced. Just make 21 character put it in character file then done. but i cannot do it while it says ban

You still need make the data base, the data base its not an acc maker, data base is where your accs/characters/banneds/houseitems/etc will be saved on a specifict language named SQL :) (Structured Query Language).... it's more faster more easy and you lose less when you are changin server version :>
