Fizz vs Ziggs, 1v1 would probably be in mid lane. Fizz will be fall behind on minions kills due to Ziggs superior harassment at low levels, and would probably lose the lane if he receives no help from other lanes or the jungler. This is taking into account that both players are close to the same skill level. Otherwise, Fizz could totally rip apart Ziggs if Ziggs doesn't zone Fizz and harass him properly.

Team fights the nod still goes to Ziggs due to his aoe damage and range.


But I have to say, comparing these two champions is a bad thing to do, as they both play a completely different role.
