If not, they're just copied xd, anyway he's apparently not selling but releasing them for free so i see no big trouble here, and they look really good not my kind of taste for a tibia server but its good as a template

I'm not too sure about the dark gray at the bottom. It doesn't seem to fit too well. Maybe it's just me.

Try to use a colorfull or image background maybe with that page:
BgPatterns — Background Patterns Maker

and also a background-color for the Content

I don´t like that white,black combinations normally,
but it looks quite good

Thanks but those backgrounds aren't very nice.
The template is supposed to be nice and clean, so backgrounds like you have suggested wouldn't really work.

It's still in designing mode at the moment, I haven't coded it, yet.
