I got lucky, bot lane were blind noobs so roamed all day. 4vs5 for about 15 mins, then Pantheon came back again.

dat bugs stop making new champs every week and start fixing u r bugs riot!!! for the 5th time i am in que ranked and game shut down and have to w8 a hour omg
 
And you guys say it is possible to get out of elo hell?, my answer is NO!, i had 8-0, then this happend after they all fed them...

Yes, Its impossible to get out from elo hell, i was in elo hell last season too, when 1-2 guy gets afk and feed, its always like that :(
