How do you get access to Tanjs? Every time I go to do the missions it doesn't work.

You need to wait until the deepling city stage switches to stage 2, then you can make the box's task. After you finish it, you only need to wait until next server save, and as long as you don't get reward from any Boss chest, you will always have access to their room
