On my server you can get experience by PKing, although it is is very unbalanced and a couple people can pretty much kill each other over and over, ending up higher level than when they started.

I am in need of a script that gives the killer a certain % of the victim's experience, thus removing the possibility of abuse. If this is possible for you to do, I would be very grateful.

I can adjust the formula for death loss %, but I can't adjust the amount of xp gained from pking someone.
