If u wanna exp u must loose more exp than a low lvl there is no argument to this. This is a hardcore server, it was made to kill another players, if u want to kill/exp that is your own choice, but don't try to compare the rights of been a lower lvl to a higher lvl, if your choice is exp u need to understand that every action/choice has a result.
