MY whole svargrond dp was cleaned under the 45 min server save, and i had all my cash there.

Same thing has happend to me,i had about 1,2kk cash and some runes in Svargrond dp -> gone.

Lost - 2bp's of Royal Helmet , 1bp DSM , 2bp's of tower shield , 2 bp's of ice rapier also lost 1 bp of random glacier set items and alot of runes/potions :*
 
My loss: bp life crystals 1 bp bp sd 2 mil and a ROH and a tower shield and all arena items and trophy xD to be exakt
 
They never fix the damn rookgard.. so i start play on main , and there they take my items :( I would be happy if i got some of it back or fix rook! sorry for saying this in your thread Sne Qkn
 
Don't worry, your items are not gone, you are just not able to access them for now. If you are lucky you can find them in the depot of another town. We will soon (no, don't ask me when because I don't know..) temporarly add an area with alot of depotids where you can go and get your items and move them to the new svargrond depot.

The reason why we had to change depot ids is because the house rent system won't work properly otherwise. The house rent system hasn't been enabled yet, we will announce it on the website once it has been enabled.
