Liquid Black Quest Stages

Hello.

There is much information about this quest, yet, no useful one.
Does anybody know how to know what stage the server is in or how does it exactly get to the next one?
I want to get past to the bosses place, and the server has made 556 points but the wall is still blocking the way.

Stage 1 - 540 POINTS NEEDED
You have to kill 100 deepling guards (100 POINTS)
You have to use soul net on 22 deepling spawns 20 times (440 POINTS)

******After server save stage 2 will have started******

Stage 2 - EVERYONE THAT WANTS ACCESS TO BOSSES HAVE TO DO IT
You have to mine 10 crates of coral using pick on corals
You have to use the crates on that spot right beside the "broken" stairs

******After server save stage 3 will have started******

Stage 3 - 1 WEEK OF DEEPLING BOSSES
Once you kill the current boss you will be able to pop its chest.
Once you open its chest you won't be able to kill it anymore.
