That just means you can take more pride in your experience ranking. The lower base level people achieve makes more challenge in game so people can not run and gun solo the whole game. I think it will provide more team based gameplay and a more active community which will mean who and why you pk will even matter more.
It's what tibia used to be. I just hope this server can provide a balanced and good quality map since it is custom.

Another tip to the developer.
Maybe you can create an additional world map with suggested level zones to fight in so people know where to go and explore for their skill set.

I will use real tibia map for example.
South shore from Thais at cyc spawn will be marked with "18+" level and highlighted in the area.
Cyc mountain north east of Thais is marked on the map "24+" level suggested hunting.
Poh is marked "35-50"
Wild warrior camp is marked "17+"
Darashia necromancers "40+"
Darashia Minos "10+"
Ect.

This will help guide players in the direction they need to go explore or would like to explore without randomly dying to something. They have an idea of what to suspect.

that should be done by players not by the developer. You should explore with fear of death.

Hey Uszmen, maybe you should think and fix the formulas, as they actually was during old school tibia. There has not been a single server where the E-wave for example has been as it should (other than old-mastercores). Try fixing that, and all other spells as real as possible.
You can always use (Medivia.info) to check how much damage everything should do!

To be honest old tibia balance was immensely unbalanced. It would be better to change it in my opinion.

We have currently 32 players online, it's pretty good result!
Report us all type of bugs that you noticed, so we are able to fix 'em instantly!

As we noticed there are few problems on client for players that using windows 8+, we are aware of it and we are tryin' to fix those.

@Edit
As it is TEST server, we have set pvp protection to level 40.
As you know, there are infinite runes, manafluids - so we don't want to lose our testers, just becouse few players gonna make 8 levels then will kill everyone.

There will be list of bugs that you have reported in-game:
- depot does not work [fixed already]
- skills are not saving [fixed already]
- vip limit [fixed already]
- postman quest doors [fixed already]
- strange message of the depot tile [fixed already]
- map bugs [being fixed]

It seems that the client does not work properly on Windows higher than 7, we are aware of it and tryin' to get it work properly!

There was an rolback around 22:00, it was caused because I didn't open an server on a screen mode, then when I closed a session server has been closed instantly, we are so sorry for it happend.

MySQL server has been increased to read large requests faster!

now i just lol you. How can he test the server if ur just gonna explore map? He needs to see if hes spawns fit the exp rate he sat. He already gave infinite runes lel

great server overall, needs to get all bugs fixed but really nice map and nice quests
