Leatrix latency fix is an other one. Some years ago many used it on far away servers and it did great. Didn't knew that I still had it on my pc.
No idea if the program is still active or not. When using the arrow keys I have 120 ping from Europe, when using moven, movene, etc on numpad with elfbot I have 30-50 ping. Changing floors and fighting does increase it, but not too badly. League would be unplayable with it, loving my ping of ~10 there Totally different game with different demands though.
